I wish you posted some events that occur later in the year, this doesn’t give you much time make reservations and hop on a plane.

I will be in Paris from 3/5 to 3/12. Are there any events going on that you can recommend?

    Thanks!

Besides my birthday? If you’re an opera fan, you have two to choose from: Don Carlo or L’Or du Rhin at the Opéra Bastille. If you like ballet, take in La Dame aux Camélias or Faust at the stunning Opéra Garnier.

There are a ton of exhibitions, too. There’s Delacroix at the Louvre, Patrick Jouin at the Pompidou, and Yves Saint Laurent at the Petit Palais.

If you’re into rugby, the 6 Nations Rugby Tournament takes place at the Stade de France from March 6th through the 16th.

Music is all around, from an Elvis Presley tribute at Le Zenith on the 9th, 30 Second to Mars playing at Bercy on the 5th and the Orchestre de Paris at Salle Pleyel on the 10th.
